Delete Account
Please read the following carefully before deleting your Wellsy account. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
Before you proceed
- ・All data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- ・If you want to remove content from groups, please delete it yourself before deleting your account.
- ・If you have a future premium subscription, cancel it in your device's App Store or Google Play before deleting.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account triggers Cloud Functions (deleteUserData), which removes the following data from Firebase (Cloud Firestore & Storage).
Food logs
Meal name, ingredients, calories, macros, AI comments, notes
Food photos
Photos stored in Firebase Storage
Weight & body fat logs
All measurement records
Sleep logs
Bedtime, wake time, duration
Account info
Display name, email, profile picture, settings
Notification settings & FCM token
Push-notification device token
Group data
Group posts, comments, reactions (including selfie photos), group settings
Reports & blocks
Reported content IDs, blocked user IDs
Streak data
Consecutive logging count and streak credits
Group posts, comments & reactions
- ・Group posts are auto-deleted after 24 h. Account deletion also triggers cleanup.
- ・Comments, reactions, and selfie photos are also deleted.
- ・We recommend deleting your group content before deleting your account.
- ・Your display name and icon will be removed from group member lists.
How to delete your account in-app
iPhone / iPad (iOS)

Open Wellsy and tap the Profile tab at the bottom.

Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the top-right corner.

Tap the Account section.

Tap Delete Account.
- 5
Review the confirmation dialog and tap Delete.
- 6
You will be signed out automatically once deletion is complete.
Android

Open Wellsy and tap the Profile tab at the bottom.

Can't access the app?
If you cannot access the app, email us with your registered email address and a request to delete your account. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.

- ・Immediately: Firebase Authentication credentials are invalidated.
- ・After confirmation: Cloud Functions (deleteUserData) begin removing Firestore and Storage data.
- ・Data required by applicable law is retained as legally required.
